Cancellation Terms
10 days advance notice required for a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. If we cancel due to bad weather, you may reschedule. If you are unable to reschedule, your payment will be fully refunded without a cancellation fee). Bad weather is defined as excessive wind as determined by the sailboat captain, temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, an Air Quality Index above 200, and/or chance of rain greater than 40% that lasts for more than 30 minutes confirmed by radar (using weather.com as our source). We need to wait until the day of the charter (at least two hours prior to the charter) so we can interpret radar projections.
